How does the subscribe & save program work?

Our Subscribe & Save program offers 15% off recurring orders with FREE shipping!

Once you subscribe to a product, you will automatically receive your order on the delivery schedule you select. You can choose between 30 and 60 day delivery frequency to begin, and further customize that schedule under “Manage Subscriptions” once you the subscription is active.

You can change your delivery frequency, the size of the product, flavor, quantity or the product altogether while keeping your discount. You can also skip a delivery and edit your shipping address and billing information.

We will send you an email notification 3 days before each shipment to get you excited for your upcoming order and so that you can make any necessary updates, if needed.

What type of frequency should I choose?

To begin, you can select either a 30 or 60 day delivery schedule. Once your subscription is active, you can customize that schedule more specifically to meet your needs (ie. to 20 or 45 days).

We recommend taking into account the number of servings for the product you’re subscribing to and how many servings per day you need.

For example, a 4lb tub of TrueFit contains 40 servings. If you consume 1 serving per day, you may select the 30-day delivery schedule and then customize it to a 40-day frequency.

How do I change the frequency of my delivery schedule?

You can change the frequency of your delivery schedule by logging into your account.

Under Your Subscriptions, click “Delivery Schedule” then “Edit.” On that page, click “Chance delivery schedule” and click on the number of days to change it to your desired frequency.

How do I manage all of my subscriptions?

You can manage all of your subscriptions by logging into your account and clicking “Your Subscriptions.”

Can I subscribe and save multiple products for my subscription?

Yes, you can subscribe to as many products as you’d like and customize the subscription for each product individually.

How do I change the product in my subscription?

To change the product, log into your account, click “Your Subscriptions,” and then “Subscriptions.” 

Select “Add Product” to search for the product you want to switch to. Then cancel the subscription you no longer want.
